4. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

All prices displayed on this website are indicated in the applicable currency and include value-added tax (VAT) where required by law, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any additional costs, including shipping or customs duties, are clearly disclosed prior to order confirmation.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

Pursuant to Article 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU, Customers acting as consumers are entitled to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen (14) calendar days without providing any justification.

The withdrawal period commences on the day the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must communicate an unequivocal declaration of intent to withdraw from the contract via a durable medium (e.g., email).

6. Conditions for Returns

Returned products must be sent back without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which the withdrawal notice was communicated. Products must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all labels, packaging, and accompanying materials.

7. Refund Mechanism

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, KAIRO shall reimburse all payments received from the Customer, excluding delivery costs where permitted by law. Refunds shall be processed using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.

KAIRO reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received or the Customer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

8. Shipping & Delivery

KAIRO dispatches orders within the European Union and to selected international destinations. Delivery times provided are indicative and do not constitute a contractual obligation.

KAIRO shall not be held liable for delays attributable to force majeure events, customs inspections, logistical disruptions, or inaccuracies in delivery information provided by the Customer.

9. Exclusions from Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply to certain categories of goods, including but not limited to sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
